The Watchmen Prayer Group

Leader - Kerst Sikemma

Who: A group/network of passionate pray-ers and silence seekers, led by Kerst Sikkema.

When: On Wednesdays at 6pm.

Where: St Paul's Shadwell (once in three weeks, 6-8pm) Blackheath (the other times, 6-7pm).

What: PRAYER - Intercession at SPS; In Blackheath we use the Celtic Daily Prayer (Northumbria Community). We also do prayer walks, are called in by other groups and ministries at SPS to pray, and we organize quiet days.

Vision: 1. To seek God's heart and desires for East London, to hear his voice and to lift up in prayer all that SPS stands for in the light of God's Kingdom.  2. To encourage anyone effected by the hectic city life to find rest in Christ and to be grounded in walking with Him.
