Leadership Team at St Paul's Shadwell

	Ric and Louie Thorpe lead the church. They have been married for 19 years and have three children - Zoe, Barny and Toby. They also have a crazy dog called Tasha!
	Rod Green joined the church as Associate Rector in July 2011. He has been married to Joanne for 13 years and they have a little girl named Emilia. He loves learning new things about God, he's a devoted Chelsea fan, and he's passionate about fixed gear bikes.
	Andrew Sercombe is the Worship Director and a Staff Pastor. He is married to Megan and they have one daughter, Olivia. Together, they lead the Prospect Connect Group. Andrew recently completed a Masters in Biblical Theology at Kings College, London.
	Rupert Edwards, is an ordained lay-pastor at SPS.  He works in technology & is founder of PrayerLabs.org, developing digital discipleship tools. He is married to Amanda and they have two boys.
	Henrik Lannero is a church warden. He is married to Inger and they have twins. Henrik works in the City and he and Inger lead a Connect Group.
	Julie Beeching is a church warden. She has a background in nursing and HR and is involved in developing pastoral care at SPS.
	Jacquie Driver is the church treasurer. She works at Canary Wharf and leads the Money Advice Connect Group and Debt Advice ministries at SPS.
